Pune: 'TEDx Lonavala '-a first chapter of motivational and creative session based on theme 'Think Beyond' was held at DY Patil International University, Akurdi, Pune.It was organised by Simplify Success, Magnifiq, D Y Patil Institute of Management Studies, Rotary Club of Pune - Bund Garden, Eventglint,Uni Seoul,Hast Sankriti,Sagar Abhore ,Yokraj,Decor and MSD Events. The session was graced by a Actress Smita Jayakar as the Chief Guest.Dr.Shweta Patil( Director of DYPIMS), Dr. Bharat Patil(Chairman of DYPIMS), and Dr. Tejas Patil(Chairman of DY Patil Educational Complex) were the Guests of Honour.
The event featured a series of inspiring talks from a range of accomplished speakers, each bringing a unique perspective on their life journey. Shubham Gupta, an IAS officer,Actress Anveshi Jain,Indu Sahoo,Suman Rangabhashyam, Beena Mathews, Deepti Hegde, Rakshita Mehta, Riddhi Chaddha,Rambabu Dantu, Amar Bahada, Raghunandan Chowdrapu,Aniruddha Bhagwat.
Mrs. Smita Jayakar captivated the crowd with her experiences and emphasized the importance of giving back to the community, reminding us of the significance of kindness. Dr. Siddharth Kishore Gaur(Founder of Simplify Success),Ravi Nadar,Manikindan M S ,Sridhar M K,Gurprit Kaur,Dipanwita Sambui,Dilshad Hussain and team took efforts to make event successful.A portion of the funds raised from the event will be given to the Rotary Polio Foundation. This donation will help in the fight against the life-threatening disease. The initiative is supported by the Rotary District 3131 Polio Team, led by Mukesh Gupta.
This event also featured electrifying performances by college students, a rock band, dance, music, and even a fashion show, showcasing the multifaceted talents of the youth of D Y Patil College. The event was masterfully hosted by two former TEDx speakers, Sushant Kumar,and Aniruddha Pathak.The event showcased the limitless potential of human creativity and imagination, leaving a lasting impression on the hearts and minds of all the attendees.
