Pimpri: In the Chikhli Jadhavwadi area on June 30, three persons vandalized vehicles and looted people. The team of Crime Branch, Unit 1 of Pimpri Chinchwad Police has succeeded in detaining these three. One of the trio is 19 years old and two are minors.
On June 30, these three vandalized the parked vehicles and created terror in the area by beating and looting the citizens with sharp weapons. As the crime was serious, the Crime Branch was conducting a parallel investigation. The investigation team received information that the three perpetrators of the crime had parked their motorcycle on the side of the road at Jambhulkar corner of Chikhli, Shiv Road. The police went there and detained them. When interrogated, they confessed to the crime. The motorcycle used in the crime was seized from them. All three were detained and have been handed over to Chikhli police. The minors have committed Crimes within the limits of the Chikhli, Bhosari M. I. D. C. police station.
