Pimpri: The Pimpri police have achieved success in apprehending a fugitive accused involved in a serious crime, who has been wanted for the past two years. He was wanted in MCOCA and two other serious crimes.
The name of the accused is Amit Bhurelal Saude, aged 25, residing at Ambedkar Colony, River Road, Pimpri, Pune.
This accused has been charged under the following sections at the Pimpri Police Station: 1) FIR No. 814/2021, IPC Sections 397, 341, 504, 506, Criminal Law Amendment Act 3, 7, and Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act 1999 Section 3(1)(ii), 3(4), 2) FIR No. 680/2021, IPC Sections 324, 323, 452, 427, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149, Arms Act 4(25), Maharashtra Police Act 37(1)(3) and 135, CrPC 3, 7, 3) FIR No. 370/2021, IPC Sections 324, 323, 504, 34. The police had been searching for him for the past two years.
Information about the accused Amit Saude planning to come to his house was received by Sub Inspector Aniruddha Savarde. He informed Senior Police Inspector Ram Rajmane. After that, the police surrounded the accused house on the evening of June 27th between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. and successfully arrested him.
