Kolkata: For the past few days, railway accidents have been increasing. Information has come to light today about the severe accident of two goods trains in the Bankura area of West Bengal. Many wagons derailed from the tracks in this accident.
On Sunday morning, the accident occurred near the Oda station in Bankura. The goods train that was running alongside the other train collided with it. Noone lost life in this accident; Only the driver of one train was injured. Due to this accident, 14 trains running on this route have been canceled, and the route of three trains has been changed.
According to railway officials, no goods were present in either of the two trains involved in the accident. However, the cause of the accident is still unknown. Due to this accident, railway transportation has been severely affected. The accident was caused by some technical glitch in the signal, according to information received from railway sources.
