In Pimpri, A press conference was called by Sambhaji Brigade where Dahibhate briefed to media about the issue Satish Kale, the city president of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Jnaneshwar Lobhe, the city executive, Ganesh Kunjir, the Pune district secretary, Toseef Sheikh, Kranti Sahane, senior leader Manav Kambale, former councilor Maruti Bhapkar, Prakash Jadhav, Siddhik Sheikh, Kashinath Nakhate, and others was also present at the press conference
Dahibhate further told that Pradeep Kurulkar, is alleged to have provided highly confidential information related to Indian Army's weapons to a secret organization in Pakistan through social media, phone calls, and WhatsApp video calls. He is also suspected of having traveled abroad on a diplomatic passport. It is necessary to take action against him under the charges of treason and terrorism. However, it is reported that the authorities are considering taking action under the Arms Act instead of investigating him under the charges of treason and terrorism.
