Mumbai: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has organized various special programs along with the Yoga Real Competition among all 48 Lok Sabha and 288 Vidhan Sabha constituencies in the state on International Yoga Day. This information was given by Chitra Wagh, the state president of the BJP Women's Wing and the coordinator of these programs, on Saturday at the BJP state office during a press conference.
The state vice-president of the Women's Wing, Varsha Bhosale, and the state secretary, Rashmi Jadhav, were also present at the event. International Yoga Day is based on the concept of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" and is celebrated worldwide. On June 21, at 9:09 am, various programs will be held under the auspices of the Modi government's 9th-anniversary celebrations. An Instagram Real competition will also be held, and until June 21, everyone will be invited to post their Yoga practice on the @BJP4Maharashtra Instagram account using the hashtag #Yogafor9@9. The BJP representatives will give gifts to those whose Reels receive the most likes and retweets. On this day, a 9-minute Power Yoga program will also be held. Along with this, a one-day training camp for cooperative institutions for women in Maharashtra will be held on June 19, as announced by Chitra Wagh.
BJP state president Chandrshekhara Bavankule and Women and Child Development Minister Mangalprabhat Lodha will also be present at this camp, which is being held under the initiative of Praveen Darekar.
