Pune: Center for Community Development through Law (CCDL), Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed To Be University) Pune, New Law College organizED one day online workshop on 'Consumer Protection Laws' on 9th September, 2023 to address challenges faced by today’s consumer and give information about the redressal mechanism.
It was benefitial to law students to experience judicial proceedings for the noble cause. The key speakers for the program were Justice Makrand S. Karnik (Mumbai), Hon’ble Justice Ambadas H. Joshi (Rtd.) ,Justice Ravindra C. Chawan (Rtd.) , Prof. Dr. Sushila(Delhi), Adv. Shaurya Krishna from Delhi. The workshop is organized under the guidance of Dr. Ujwala Bendale (Dean and In-Charge Principal,New Law College) ,Dr. Jyoti Dharam( Vice-Principal of BVDU New Law College, Pune) , Ujjwala Sakhalkar, Dr. Rohit H. Surawase and Umesh Jawalikar.
