Whereas the Thackeray group got the torch symbol. Now while the Thackeray group is getting ready to fight the stronghold with the torch in hand, information is coming out that Samata Party has claimed the symbol received by the Thackeray group from the Election Commission. However, it is certain that the problems of the Thackeray group will increase in the background of all these developments.
Samata party has filed a petition in the Supreme Court in this matter. The next hearing on this matter will be held on July 17. The entire state is now paying attention to what the Supreme Court will decide in this case.
Meanwhile, Eknath Shinde had claimed the party symbol Dhanushyaban and name Shiv Sena on the basis of majority. After hearing the sides of both groups, the Election Commission ruled in favor of the Shinde group based on the available evidence. Currently, the Uddhav Thackeray group has been given a torch symbol. However, this too has now been claimed by Samata Party.
