Pimpri : Pimpri municipal corporation's assistant garden inspector caught red handed by the anti-corruption department's (ACB) officials.
Kiran Arjun Manjare (46 years old)assistant garden inspector arrested in this case.In this regard, a 47-year-old contractor has filed a complaint with the ACB.
According to the information provided by the ACB, the complainant is a contractor who takes care of the Municipal corporation's Garden. To approve this work bill, Manjare had demanded Rs. 17,000. The complainant had filed a complaint with the ACB regarding this. On Wednesday afternoon, the ACB raided the office of the garden department in Nehrunagar. While taking the bribe of Rs. 17,000, the ACB caught assistant garden inspector Manjare red-handed. In this regard, the MIDC Bhosari police station has started the process of filing a case.
This action was taken under the guidance of Police Commissioner Amol Tambe, Deputy Police Commissioner Dr. Shital Janve-Kharade, Police Inspector Shriram Shinde, Police Sub-Inspector Sunil Suradkar, Saurabh Mahashabde, and Pandurang Mali.
